Prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to pay the petitioner his last pay along with dearness allowance, arrears of dearness allowance and revised retiral benefits and also make payment of leave encashment for 240 days along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum on the delayed payment thereof. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner got issued legal notice dated 07.05.2018 (Annexure P2), which was duly responded to by the respondents vide letter dated 25.05.2018 (Annexure P3) taking the plea that the matter has been finalized and the same is pending with the Managing Director, who was on election duty in May, 2018, but still the matter has not been decided.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice dated 07.05.2018 DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.11.02 16:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
