Advocate General, Punjab. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 126 dated 11.12.2023 under Section 452, 324, 323, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code (Section 325 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur. 2.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2024 which has not been misused by the petitioner and he has joined investigation as informed by the learned State counsel. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the order dated 17.09.2024 passed by this Court granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands confirmed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the order.
