(ORAL) By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for seeking quashing of FIR No.247 dated 27.06.2018, under Sections 294, 509 IPC (Section 506 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jarnail Singh, Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali informs that the petitioner has expired on 30.10.2019 and thus, rendering the present petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
