(ORAL) In order to implement the decree dated 29.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed in Civil Suit No. 99-CS of 2020 titled as Mani Ram Vs. The Fatehabad Central Cooperative Bank Limited and another, the vehicle Bolero Car bearing registration No. HR-22H-2178 belonging to the petitioner one of the JDs was attached.

Learned counsel contends that judgment debtors have already complied with decree inasmuch as after refixing the salary of respondent No.1-decree holder, the entire dues have been paid on 11.09.2023. 3.
Learned counsel submits that application (Annexure P-10) was moved before the Executing Court concerned for releasing the aforesaid vehicle, but the same has not been disposed of. 4.
The simple prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the concerned Executing Court to dispose of the said application (Annexure P-10).

Perusal of the zimni orders Annexures P-11 to P-15 would reveal that Executing Court is awaiting for the further orders from this Court in RSA3304-2023 in which implementation of decree was stayed. 6.
Since the implementation of decree has been stayed, as informed by learned counsel, therefore the Executing Court concerned shall consider the release of the vehicle by disposing of the application VIVEK PAHWA 2025.07.04 17:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CR-3832-2025 -2- (Annexure P-10) in accordance with law, as no purpose shall be served by keeping the vehicle in the Police Station. The Executing Court concerned is directed to dispose of the application Annexure P-10 within 15 days. Disposed of accordingly.
