Vide order dated, 28.10.2021, the petitioner was released on interim anticipatory bail and directed to join investigation. Mr. Bahri, learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of order dated 23.11.2022 passed by this Court in CRM-M-32591 of 2022 vide which FIR No.216 dated 20.09.2020 under Sections 406,420 IPC registered at P.S Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar and all subsequent proceedings have been quashed. In view thereof, present petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
