**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing the official respondents no. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents no.4 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the statements of the concerned parties have been recorded by the Police Officer and therefore, the petitioner does not intend to pursue the present petition further and prays that the same be withdrawn.

Prayer is accepted.
