Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in a case FIR No.64 dated 31.05.2025, registered under Sections 118(1) & 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 (Section 118(2) of BNS, 2023 added subsequently), at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur. 2.

By virtue of order dated 18.07.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for further investigation.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 18.07.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
