Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail in Criminal Complaint No. NACT-3890-2023 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, titled "Gaurav Bansal vs. M/s Durga Das Naresh Kumar".

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the trial Court and to remain present on each and every date of hearing. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and move an application for bail, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Leave granted.
