**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 12.02.2024 (Annexure P-2) vide which non-bailable warrants of the petitioner have been issued for 26.02.2024 in the FIR No.358 dated 04.12.2022 under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Division-B, Amritsar, District Amritsar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case Allowed as prayed for.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
