In view of the stand taken in the short reply filed on behalf of respondent No.4 in the court today, having no objection in case the investigation of the FIR bearing No.797 dated 29.12.2016 is transferred to the any other Senior Officer appointed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Home, Government of Haryana, though the allegations have been denied, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Secretary, Home to transfer the investigation of the aforementioned FIR to any other Officer senior than the rank of respondent No.4, who has no connection and link with the aforementioned case, particularly, keeping in view the allegations made in the writ petition. The aforementioned exercise shall be done within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
