Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant the benefit of ad hoc services to the petitioners with all consequential benefits with interest in the light of the judgment rendered by this Court in Dr. Surindra Kumar Mishra and Others v. State of Haryana and Another (CWP-8604-2007, decided on 09.09.2010). Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of their grievance, petitioners got issued legal notice dated 18.05.2018 (Annexure P5), which remained unattended with the respondents.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice dated 18.05.2018 (Annexure P5) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously in the light of judgment rendered by this Court in Dr. Surindra Kumar Mishra 's case (supra) and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
