Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition in case Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.14803 of 2025 titled as Jai Kishan Sharma Vs. The Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board and others, arising out of LPA No.311 of 2012, is decided in favour of the petitioner therein. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh petition, if aforesaid SLP is decided in favour of identically circumstanced employee-Jai Kishan Sharma.
