(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.140 dated 08.11.2022, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376(3), 120-B, 506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Jaito, District Faridkot. Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate qua petitioner, dated 10.10.2023 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. Mr. J.S. Brar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of complainant and filed his Memo of Appearance, which is taken on record.
