Mr. Anurag Chopra, Advocate, for respondents No.4 and 5. ***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order dated 29.10.2018, Annexure P-5, whereby he has been transferred from Amritsar to Tarn Taran. According to him, same was made at the behest of respondents No.4 and 5. Both petitioner and private respondents have levelled allegations against each other.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for private respondents had submitted before the court that they had no objection in case a fact finding enquiry into such allegations is conducted by the Vigilance Department.

Learned State counsel today submits that State Vigilance Department shall look into the matter and conduct an enquiry. As regards the transfer of the petitioner, it is directed that the matter shall be looked into by respondent No.1 and a fresh order shall be passed within three months.
