*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Petitioner Pardeep Kumar is feeling aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not allowing him to join service and post him at a particular place in pursuance of his selection as a Lower Division Clerk (Common Cadre) vide appointment letter dated 18.5.2021 (Annexure P-5). The petitioner is said to have got served a legal notice dated 22.9.2021 upon respondents No. 1 and 2 (Annexure P-10) without evoking any response, hence he has approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider his notice and and take appropriate action in a time bound manner.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner and to avoid unnecessary litigation, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No. 1 and 2 to consider the legal notice of the PARVINDER SINGH 2021.10.29 15:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
