Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant additional increment of higher responsibility under Rule 4.4(2)(c)(i) Volume-I Part-I of Punjab Civil Services Rules and in the light of the judgment rendered by this Court in Narender Pal Singh Arya and Another v. State of Haryana and Others (CWP-3922-2011, decided on 03.10.2016).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of their grievance, petitioners made representation dated 04.10.2018 (Annexure P6), which remained unattended with the respondents.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into representation dated DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.11.02 16:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
