Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation was made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to register an FIR against the private respondents regarding the occurrence that took place on 27.06.2019 for giving beatings to wife of petitioner and other ladies. The dispute in this case appears to be about possession of the land which has been given on lease to Baldev Krishan respondent No.4 by the Panchayat. It is a dispute of civil in nature. For the alleged occurrence, the petitioner has other alternate remedy, which he can avail. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail other legal remedies available to him.
