The solitary contention in the present case is that the order dated 20.07.2022, Annexure P-11, has been passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to which learned State counsel, on instructions, states that show cause notice shall be issued and after hearing the petitioner, the decision shall be taken within a period of 2 months. 2.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
