**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of Satbir Rathee, Shakti Rathi and Manoj Rathee.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition. However, liberty be granted to petitioner No.1 to file a separate writ petition from petitioners No.2 and 3, laying the claim for release of land under Section 24(2) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. A further prayer on behalf of petitioners No.2 and 3 has also been made for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to petitioners No.2 & 3 to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better and correct particulars.
