Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature Mandamus directing the official respondents No. 1 to 4 to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of his services.

After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, her client would be satisfied in case the legal notice dated 13.09.2021 (P-6) is decided expeditiously.

Notice of motion to the aforesaid limited extent. On asking of the Court, Ms. Akshita Chauhan, AAG, Punjab, who is present through video-conference, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioner.
