(ORAL) On 12th of August, 2025 following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the respondent prays for time to seek instructions with respect to payment of costs, as contemplated under the order dated 22.10.2024, since admittedly, the speaking order in compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court was not passed within the stipulated period of three months. Adjourned to 28.08.2025."

Today, counsel for the respondent has produced copy of the cheque amounting to Rs.50,000/- which is being paid to the petitioner in compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court. 3.
