(Oral) After arguing for some time and keeping in view the fact that the petitioners have never even approached the respondents for the necessary grievance in any manner and keeping in view the settled principle that a writ in the nature of mandamus can only be issued if there is denial on the part of the respondents, counsel prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondents for redressal of their grievances, if any.
