(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 438, dated 19.10.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 379-B, 506 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act and later Section 325 IPC added and Section 379-B IPC and Section 25-54-59 of the Arms Act deleted, registered at Police Station Dabua, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 07th December, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jamshed, states that the petitioners are no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 07th December, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
