RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) The petitioner has prayed for the issuance of a writ in nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.6.2015 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Gurgaon by which the petitioner has been directed to hand over the possession of one plot measuring 175 sq. meter to the respondent. Actually a plot measuring 135 sq. meter has already been allotted to the respondent to which she has raised an objection but now the respondent through her counsel has made a prayer that she would be happy if the plot measuring 135 sq. meter, which was initially allotted by the petitioner, is allotted to her.

In view of aforesaid, present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has also not objected to the aforesaid prayer qua allotment of plot measuring 135 sq. meter to the respondent. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the plot, which was earlier allotted to the respondent, be delivered to her within a period of one month from today.
