RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to learned JMIC, Karnal, to decide the complaint as well as the application for interim maintenance expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the complaint as well as application for maintenance were filed in the year 2019 and since then it is being delayed on one reason or another by the other side and the petitioner is intentionally being prevented from getting any maintenance.

After hearing the counsel for the petitioner and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with a request to learned trial Court to decide the complaint as well as application for interim maintenance expeditiously in accordance with law.
