(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition is for quashing notice dated 25.05.2015 (Annexure P-3) and revisional order dated 23.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) and to declare the explanation (i) to Section 2(1)(zg) of the Haryana VAT Act, 2003 (for brevity 'the Act') as ultravires. 2.

It was not disputed that the vires of the aforesaid Section has been upheld by this Court in CWP No. 5730 of 2014, titled as "CHD Developers Ltd., Karnal Vs. The State of Haryana and others", decided on 22.04.2015. It was also not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order dated 23.07.2015 (Annexure P-5), an appeal has already been filed before the Haryana Tax Tribunal, Chandigarh. 3.

In such circumstances, we do not find any ground to entertain the present writ petition.
