The learned counsel representing the petitioner did not come forward to press this revision petition.

This Court has gone through the revision petition. The Presiding Judge of the Family Court has assessed the maintenance pendente lite payable by the petitioner to his wife @ ₹20,000/- per month after noticing that the petitioner is drawing a salary of ₹ 60,000/- per month being a government employee. It has also come on record that two children were born out of the wedlock.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
