**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. CRM-17033-2021 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking permission to withdraw the main case which is fixed for 25.8.2021, with liberty to approach the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the power of attorney through e-mail, with 'no objection' from the earlier counsel, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the main case with liberty to approach the trial Court and also prays that the date of hearing in the main case may be preponed from 25.8.2021 and the case may be taken up for final disposal today itself.
