(Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned inquiry report dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P-11) submitted by respondent No.5 and impugned order dated 21.01.2020 (Annexure P-12), passed by respondent No.3.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies available under the law as regards the allegations of encroachment against respondent No.9 is concerned.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
