This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C directing the respondents to record an FIR to investigate the matter and recover the amount fraudulently withdrawn form the bank account of the petitioner by cheating by someone to the tune of Rs. 1,62,000/- through credit card committing cyber crime .

Short affidavit of Sh. A.Venkatesh, DANIPS, D.S.P.(Cyber Crime and IT) UT Chandigarh has been filed by the State counsel. As per the affidavit, FIR has been registered bearing FIR No. 28 dated21.03.2024 under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Cyber Crime and the present case is still under investigation.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. 4.
