(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed seeking grant of benefit of 23 years advance promotional increment in view of the policy of the Finance Department dated 23.04.1990 (Annexure P-1). Counsel for the petitioner states that similar petitions i.e. CWP No.24407 of 2018 and other connected cases titled as Malkiat Singh Vs. PSPCL and others, have been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 19.12.2018, keeping in view the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017 titled as 'Balvir Singh Vs. PSPCL and another' alongwith other connected cases, decided on 29.11.2018.
