This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No. 0116 dated 28.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 120-B, 420 of IPC registered at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom with a further prayer for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) Renu Rawat 2025.07.08 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-34369-2025 to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, District Charkhi Dadri but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, District Charkhi Dadri to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, District Charkhi Dadri to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
