***** JASPAL SINGH, J By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the pension and other retiral benefits as per pension regulations of PRTC dated 15.06.1992. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide legal notice dated 19.07.2017 (Annexure P-6), within a stipulated period. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Managing Director, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in legal notice dated 19.07.2017 (Annexure P-6) and to take a conscious decision as per rules and regulations, within a period of Sonika 2018.02.12 15:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
