Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his latest instructions, petitioner has been convicted on 09.03.2022, in FIR No.173 dated 22.01.2016, as was noticed in the earlier order. In view of the aforesaid and the candid provisions of Section 6(2)(e) of the Passports Act, 1967, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition, at this stage.
