The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to take action against the respondent No. 5 and 6 for the alleged embezzlement of auction money amounting to 9,10,500/- which belongs to the Gram Panchayat. ₹ 2.
The petitioner alleges that the respondent No.2, after having found and a prima facie case, has failed to take action against the concerned Block Development and Panchayat Officer and the Panchayat Secretary. 3.
