**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein is the widow of late Sh. Karanjit Singh Bedi who died in harness, is seeking compassionate appointment. In this regard, the petitioner has already moved a representation seeking appointment on compassionate ground, however, to date no decision has been taken on the said representation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner herein is seeking a limited prayer that his representation be decided as expeditiously as possible. Notice of motion.
Mr. R.S. Sidhu, learned AAG, Punjab accepts notice. Three sets of the paper book have been supplied to him by learned counsel for the petitioner.
