(Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to rele3ase them the pay wages as per prevailing D.C. rates for yea year 2015-15 and 2015-16 (Annexure P-4 colly) for the period 01.06.2014 to 31.08.2016, in view of judgment of this Court in order dated 13.05.2016 in CWP No. 22428-2014 titled as Rajesh Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP No. 7086-2015 tilted as Kuldeep Singh and others vs. DHBVN and CWP NO. 25997-2016 titled as Mahavir Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others.
