Petitioner is aggrieved of inaction on the part of respondents for not releasing the retiral benefits to the petitioner as he retired from his services on 30.11.2012. His retiral benefits were released to him in the year 2018 only and that too after filing of the writ petition befor this Court, but still no payment on account of interest has been made. Petitioner has already filed a detailed representation dated 16.08.2018 (Annexure P12) and reminder thereto dated 15.10.2018 (Annexure P13) in this regard, but the same have not been looked into and decided by the respondents. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into representation dated 16.08.2018 (Annexure P12) and reminder thereto dated 15.10.2018 (Annexure P13) and take the required decision thereon and to consider the release of payment on account of interest at the rate of 9% per annum from DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.11.12 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
