(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to finalize the case of promotion of the petitioners as Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer (SDAO) or equivalent in pursuance to recommendations dated 04.10.2018 (Annexure P-12) within a time bound frame and to grant the culminating benefits.

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioners.
