Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, to ensure that the matter arising out of FIR No.0063, dated 11.4.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Division 6, Commissionerate Jalandhar, is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report be submitted thereafter at the earliest.

2. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, for necessary compliance.
