(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 24.12.2014 before the Superintending Canal Officer provided that the period spent in this Court may not come in their way. In view of the aforementioned, the present writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order dated 24.12.2014 before the Superintending Canal Officer provided that in case the aforementioned remedy is availed within a period of one month from today, the delay shall be condoned as per the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
