* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioners are liable to pay the last installment in June, 2016. The revision application, however, has been placed on board for hearing on 11.07.2016. The petitioners' apprehension is that once the amount is paid the respondents will not refund the same.

The apprehension is unfounded. Even if the petitioners pay the last amount and the revision is decided in their favour, the respondents would be bound to refund the same.

In these circumstances, the ends of justice would be satisfied by directing the respondents to decide the revision application on the next date of hearing i.e. 11.07.2016 and at the highest latest by 31.07.2016. 4.

In the event of the revision application being decided in the petitioners' favour, the respondents shall refund the amount if any are due together with interest at 10% per annum or at such other rates as may be payable as per the agreement or statute from the date of the payment by the petitioners of the excess amount, if any, till payment and/or realization. 5.
