(ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed on the mere apprehension that the petitioner who has been appointed as Lecturer in Geography as Guest faculty would be replaced by some another person either on contract or otherwise without following due process. This Court is not inclined to interfere on the petitioner's mere apprehension that she would be replaced by some another person. At this juncture, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach this Court in case the respondents choose to replace her services.
