Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 03.03.3021 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Executing Court at Hisar, vide which 1/3rd salary of the petitioner has been attached without issuing any notice and without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly informed that during the pendency of the writ petition, the recovery already stands effected in the execution proceedings.

In view of the above, the exercising order in the present petition is merely academic. The present petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
