The petitioner complains that a statutory appeal filed before the respondent No.2 has not been decided.

Notice of motion.

On the request of the Court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, enters appearance for the respondents and states that the statutory appeal is maintainable before the Tribunal and no appeal is maintainable before the Transport Commissioner. However, he submits that the Transport Commissioner will pass an appropriate order within a period of 15 days in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is rendered infrucutous and is disposed of as such.
