Given above, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make afresh detailed representation to the concerned SSP. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty and the order dated 28.10.2021 is hereby recalled. However, it shall be open to the concerned Officer to decide the representation within 15 days. Furthermore, petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the 145 Cr.PC proceedings, in case he feels so. Filing of the present petition shall not come in the way of challenging the same.
