(Oral) The short grievance of the petitioners in this case is that they have filed appeal against the eviction order dated 14.03.2016 which is now fixed for hearing on 11.05.2016 before the Joint Development Commissioner, Panchayatrespondent No.3. However, even before consideration of the stay application filed with the appeal, the eviction order is sought to be executed. Apprehending their dispossession, the petitioners have filed the instant writ petition. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the fact that the petitioners have filed MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.05.16 11:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.9110 of 2016 [2] appeal alongwith stay application against the eviction order, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the stay application within a period of one month from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order and till such order is passed, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo re: possession.
