For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed as prayed for, subject to all just exceptions.

The applicant has filed the present application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. for grant of leave to file an appeal against the impugned order dated 13.06.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ferozepur, whereby the trial Court has acquitted the respondent-accused in a complaint filed under Section 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, (for short, 'the Act').

In view of the order passed in CRM-11036-2025, present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
