State of Haryana), which is placed on record as Annexure A-1. They jointly pray for disposal of the appeal in terms of the order dated 10.12.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satbir Singh's case (supra). In view of the common stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, instant application is allowed and the appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.12.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satbir Singh's case (supra).
