* * * * The matter has been discussed today in detail with the learned counsel for the parties and they have arrived at a settlement. As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the Insurance Company, separately recorded, a sum of ` 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only) over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellant in full and final settlement of their claim. Two months' time is allowed to the Insurance Company to deposit the amount with the MACT, Ambala, failing which, interest at the rate of 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. As desired by the appellants, the enhanced amount be paid to the appellant-Ram Chander through account payee's cheque or be deposited in his Bank Account.

Appeal stands disposed of.

Copy of this order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be consigned to record.
